As a Senior Network WAN & LAN Architect, you will be part of the global network team, responsible for designing and implementing the new core network. You will play a key role in developing our global network design with a focus on zero-trust architecture, global backbone routing, and campus networks.

We are looking for a passionate network architect with experience in designing complex global networks, who is accustomed to multitasking, working independently, and being a team player. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to driving progress forward.

Tasks

  • Support the definition of the vision and roadmap for our Network Strategy.
  • Understand business needs and design the network accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the workplace team, network ISPs, and architect teams to align network infrastructure with business objectives.
  • Design scalable and reliable WAN, Campus, and Zero Trust (ZT) networks.
  • Develop automation scripts and templates to provision, configure, and manage network resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of global network design and policies.
  • Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) environments for new network designs.

Requirements

  • Language Requirements:
    English (oral & written) is required. Spanish is a plus.
  • Cultural Competence:
    Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
  • Expertise in the Following Areas:
    Campus Networks
    Routing protocols
    Global IP addressing and DNS solutions
  • Hands-on Experience in the Following:
    NGFW multivendor solutions
  • Technical Expertise:
    At least expert-level experience in three of the following technologies:
    Campus Networks
    WLAN
    Collaboration
    Zero Trust Networks (Zscaler)
    IP Addressing and global DNS design

  • Certifications:
    CCNP Enterprise (CCIE desired)
    Zscaler Associate

  • Other Skills:
    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
