We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer within a pan-European consumer tech platform operating at significant scale.
The team owns long-term product development and builds reliable, high-throughput systems where the front end plays a critical role in performance, stability, and data-driven user experience. This is a core engineering group with real influence on platform evolution and technical direction, not a feature factory.
Tasks
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll contribute to the development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce platforms, working closely with product and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Customize standard Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and reports
- Support integrations with third-party systems via APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous platform improvement
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing model
- Experience designing and owning complex business logic and automations
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)
- Strong knowledge of Apex testing, debugging, and deployment best practices
- Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Comfortable working independently and owning features end to end
