Functional or Automation Tester Engineer (Brazil-based)

We are looking for skilled Functional & Automation Test Engineers to join our team and ensure the robustness and efficiency of our applications.

Location: Brazil-based, to work in Portugal timezone (WET/GMT+0)

Experience Level: [Entry-Level/Mid-Level/Senior]

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using [Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or other relevant tools].
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar (not mandatory).
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English Level (B2 minimum - spoken & written) (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
