Senior Project Manager - SAP EPPM Experienced (Madrid hybrid-model)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration of SAP’s Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM) module within our IT landscape. This project is crucial for enabling and streamlining ICE project management, portfolio management, and workforce planning.

The selected candidate will act as the key liaison between the company and the chosen system integrator, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments, including engineering, part design, aftersales, purchasing, and finance.

✅ Integrator Selection & Collaboration: Lead the RFQ process to identify the best system integrator and ensure smooth collaboration.
✅ Project Leadership: Oversee the SAP EPPM integration between the System PLM and SAP, ensuring alignment with business needs.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal business units to gather requirements and align project goals.
✅ Strategic Involvement: Represent the brand in steering and strategic committees to ensure the project remains aligned with business priorities.
✅ Implementation Roadmap: Drive the successful implementation of:

• SAP EPPM within 6 months
• PLM integration within the following 6 months
  ✅ System Transition: Manage the gradual decommissioning of legacy the brand systems.

🔹 Experienced Leader: You have successfully managed large-scale IT integration projects (preferably SAP & PLM-related).
🔹 Strong Communicator: You can engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
🔹 Multidisciplinary Collaborator: You can navigate cross-departmental projects involving engineering, finance, and operations.
🔹 Problem-Solver: You can anticipate challenges and propose strategic solutions.
🔹 Language Skills: Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
