Senior .NET Developer (Lisbon Based)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks to improve overall application efficiency.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Understanding of how to apply microservice architectures successfully;
• Experience in using NoSQL databases - ElasticSearch (preferred), Dynamo, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and event streaming/messaging tools like Kafka (preferred) Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc;
• Significant C#.NET experience and expertise;
• Be able to identify opportunities for best practice improvements within the team and share knowledge on how to address them;
• Be able to tackle complex technical problems;
• Experience in working in an Agile environment;
• Proven record of mentoring and coaching more junior engineers;
• Experience of driving an improvement in best practices within the team.
