• Design and document architectural solutions for legacy systems as well as modern microservice-based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective architectural designs.
• Lead discussions to simplify complex challenges and present them in a clear, actionable manner.
• Review and provide guidance on system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Occasionally engage in hands-on proof-of-concepts to validate architectural choices.
• Promote best practices for system architecture, integration, and data flow within the organization.
• Support multiple teams by ensuring open communication, leading discussions with a fact-based approach, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• 5+ years of experience in roles such as technical lead, solutions architect, or similar, with hands-on development experience and a strong focus on designing and implementing robust, scalable systems.
• Proven ability to design solutions in complex environments, ideally in enterprise-level projects, and create clear, effective architectural diagrams to communicate solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them effectively.
• Experience with the .NET ecosystem and working within a Microsoft environment, including Azure and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of information security (e.g., cryptography, identity management) and extensive experience handling non-functional requirements (e.g., observability, maintainability, security, performance, scalability, disaster recovery).
• Experience with documenting decisions, preferably using ADR (Architectural Decision Records).
