• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality COBOL applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing COBOL applications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with COBOL in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and transaction processing systems.
• Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing COBOL code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
