• Responsible for the design; development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's using Blue Prism which will interact with multiple third party applications
• Continuous improvement of software development best practices
• Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables, and collaborate in the harmonization of development practices cross location
• Develop stream-based applications and services using Kofax Total Agility
• Test, monitor and evaluate solutions

• Minimum 2 years of development experience with RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly preferable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Power Automate
• Experience in development with programming languages like .NET(preferable), Java, Python, etc
• Experience in development with Kofax Total Agility (OCR)
• Involvement in other AI related technologies (OCR, Machine Learning)
• Knowledge in Agile frameworks

Soft skills:

• Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely, in a global context
• Ability to provide support and guidance to junior staff (local and remote)
