(Senior) Associate Capital Advisory (all genders)

Our client is a leading independent M&A and Debt Advisory firm with a focus on cross-border and mid-market transactions. The multinational team works from several offices across Europe.

Our client provides best-in-class deal capabilities for large corporates, leading mid-sized companies, private equity and family offices worldwide.

• Work on sell-and buy-side private debt mandates with exposure to various industries
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of deal teams, collaborating closely with Directors and Managing Partners.
• Create cash flow models and related credit analyses
• Work with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates
• Be point-of-contact for clients in projects and current mandates
• Manage project work streams and material preparations autonomously
• Develop, train and advise junior team members
• Ensure quality of client deliverables, focus on potential acquisitions and be part of contract negotiations
• Guide Analysts and Interns in the preparation and review of teasers and information memorandums.

• A completed degree in economics or a comparable degree with outstanding success.
• 3-5 years experience across leveraged finance, debt advisory, or other relevant private equity or investment banking experience
• Strong credit experience and knowledge is required.
• Proficient knowledge in transaction tasks including credit analysis, financial modelling, and drafting documentation
• Self-motivated and self-aware with a demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong project management and marketing skills compared with a broad network
• Fluent German and English, speaking and writing
