(Senior) Associate/Junior Vice President M&A Technology (all genders)

As a Senior Associate/Junior Vice President at our client, you have significant responsibility in supporting Senior Bankers with business development, relationship maintenance, and transaction execution, as you continually develop expertise within the Technology sector. You work on a variety of corporate finance and M&A transactions at all stages, from origination and execution to transaction closings.

Key tasks include:

• Creation and execution of business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers.
• Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for Interns, Analysts and Associates.
• Recruit, educate and train Investment Banking Analysts, Associates and Interns.

• 4-6 years of experience as an Investment Banking Associate.
• Significant experience executing M&A transactions, preferably in the Technology-sector.
• Exceptional analytical and modelling skills.
• High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting, and finance skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Extraordinary focus on work quality and attention to detail.
• Adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to learn quickly, with a particular focus on accounting rules and financial valuation methodologies.
• Strong client management skills.
