Our client is a leader in luxury fashion & retail e-commerce with international employees from all over the world. They work with all the big fashion brands, and they are looking for enthusiastic talents to join their Customer Service team!
You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in the fashion industry.
Tasks
- Deliver a best-in-class consumer experience, attending to consumers with all sorts of questions about their products or services
- Answering customer requests via telephone and e-mail
- Advise and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
- Providing excellent customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of the e-commerce business
- Continuous improvement of internal processes
- Close cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service within luxury fashion is a big plus
- Expertise in the use of IT systems (Windows package)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Native level of German
- Full professional level of English
