## Tasks

*   **Customer service and inquiry management** – Handling emails, calls, and chats for the Dutch market
*   **Preparation of proposals and quotes** based on customer needs
*   **Comprehensive order management** – Product selection, order confirmation, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up
*   **Billing and after-sales control** – Sending information and ensuring customer satisfaction
*   **Design editing and internal collaboration** as additional tasks during the low season

## Requirements

*   **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
*   **Languages:** Native Dutch
*   **Skills:** Proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation, and the ability to work under pressure
*   **Technical knowledge:** Basic proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Pixelmator
