• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level tech roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes. We trust you and your skills!
• You will be responsible for your own clients and building long-lasting, strong relationships, creating your own network inside Barcelona & Spanish markets
• Attract and engage the best tech talents for our clients by finding adequate profiles according to the client’s needs. We focus on quality, not quantity
• Coach candidates during the recruitment process helping them identify best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they require you, offering them the best candidate experience
• You are passionate about technology and digital transformation, so you will stay on top of the news on the Tech sector and hiring trends

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment. Experience recruiting technological profiles is highly valued
• Approachable hands-on attitude who wants to learn more about the industry and continue developing their career in recruitment
• Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
