Our client is an international company and a Spanish dermatology leader specializing in solutions to skin conditions and sun protection. They are looking for an Italian talent to join their customer care team at their headquarters in Barcelona.
You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, have some experience in either administrative work in an international environment, and are comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP or Salesforce.
Tasks
- Management of wholesalers in Italy
- Work together with the sales team to keep logistics up to date
- Build and maintain relationships with customers B2B
- Help the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutions
- Stay updated on the company's products
Requirements
- Full professional/ professional level of Italian
- Full professional/ professional level of English
- Full professional/ professional level of Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or in a contact center
- Problem solver and team player attitude
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- SAP skills will be a big plus!
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Have an innovative mindset
