Tasks
- Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources, using email, phone, and social media
- Transform potential business leads into sales prospects and build long-term relationships in your target audience, concentrating on current customers
- Foster collaboration with the sales team, providing support in lead conversion and opportunity management
- Regularly review of lead pipeline and progression; proactively give qualitative feedback on campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales
- You have great motivation and willingness to learn
- Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly
- You are a native Danish speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
