Tasks
- Handled inbound calls from Dutch and English speaking clients.
- Process and manage orders, invoices, and documentation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate data and prepare reports.
- Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in administration, customer support, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
