Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues. You will provide expert remote assistance, coordinate solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Tasks
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot server configurations, software installations, and network performance issues
- Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist in configuring software for new customer deployments
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions in the CRM system
- Contribute to FAQs, internal documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze recurring support issues and recommend service enhancements
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or network support
- Experience in telecom, networking, or client-facing technical environments
- Proficient in server troubleshooting, CRM systems, and remote support tools
- Solid understanding of basic network protocols (DNS, SSL, FTP)
Preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to simplify complex technical issues for end-users
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple support requests
- Comfortable working across various time zones
