Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Officer to support the coordination, tracking, and administration of our telecom operations in over 60 countries. You will help manage mobile line operations, ensure accurate documentation, and support issue resolution processes with global providers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in operations, telecom support, or administrative coordination to grow within an international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on mobile line operations (validity, registration, contracts)
• Coordinate with telecom operators to resolve service issues and incidents
• Track and update internal databases with administrative and technical details
• Use internal tools to log, track, and escalate incident reports as needed
• Assist in preparing reports and operational overviews for internal stakeholders
• Help coordinate meetings and follow up on action points

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, telecom, or customer service
• Strong written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard tools
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Based in Tunisia and available for full-time remote work

Preferred

• French is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and across departments
• Responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
