Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Junior Operations Officer to support the coordination and administration of our telecom operations in more than 60 countries. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecom coordination, or operations and will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external providers.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes related to mobile line operations (validity, contracts, registration)
- Coordinate with telecom operators to resolve service issues and delays
- Maintain internal records and update operational databases
- Follow up on procurement and logistical processes
- Track and report issues via our internal ticketing system
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Support and Operations)
- Escalate problems to the appropriate team and ensure follow-up
- Support reporting tasks and provide status updates to management
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, telecom, or customer service
- Strong written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard tools
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Based in Lebanon and available for full-time remote work
Preferred
- French is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and across departments
- Responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
