Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company. The headquarter office is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and a regional office is based in Mumbai, India. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high quality coffees safely, on-time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We are seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition through lead generation, cold calling, and creating new sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual to manage both customer service tasks and contribute to growing our client base, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social media channels to introduce Attesa Coffee and create sales opportunities.
- Focus on converting leads into customers by understanding their needs, pitching relevant products, and closing sales.
- Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with inquiries, order processing, and logistics support.
- Manage and track customer interactions, sales data, and opportunities within the system to ensure smooth follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth delivery processes.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline status to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors / masters degree in business, communications, or a related field is a must.
- A strong command of English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with customers.
- Experience in sales and cold calling, with a passion for generating new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage potential clients and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage your sales targets.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, clients, and sales activities effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, in-office environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or any sales management software.
