Position: Legal Counsel
Sector: Insurance
Start Date: November 2024
Duration: 6-9 months
Utilization: 80-100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 120’000-140’000

Tasks

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters across various areas, including labor, competition, antitrust and intellectual property law, with a focus on contract and corporate law
  • Review, negotiate, and draft legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate legal risk within the organization and offer legal guidance and support for new projects and initiatives
  • Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation on various legal matters, collaborating effectively with external counsel when necessary

Requirements

  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Fluency in German, French or Italian is a plus
  • Completed Swiss law degree and possession of the Swiss Bar Admission is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience practicing law, either in private practice or as an in-house counsel
