Salary: CHF 140’000+

• Lead and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and review of transactional documents
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and stakeholders on M&A matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence to identify and address potential legal issues and risks associated with transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and confidentiality agreements
• Provide legal support for post-merger integration activities, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with all legal requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 2 years of experience in M&A law, preferably with a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department
• Successful track record of managing and negotiating M&A projects and working with international and top-level internal stakeholders
