As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll focus on storytelling, social media engagement and community building - key pillars of our mission to make audio-enhancement an important topic.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, Product, Sales and ML teams to bring ai|coustics innovations to life across digital channels.

Video Creation

• Partner with internal teams to create compelling video content that highlights the power of audio-enhancement technology.
• Film and edit customer stories that showcase how our technology improves clarity, quality, and experience - we’re not expecting studio-quality, we just want someone passionate about media and storytelling.
• Support live webinar production - from platform setup to audience engagement - guided by our Marketing Lead.

Social Media

• Own our social posting calendar and ensure a steady drumbeat of content that informs, educates, and delights.
• Grow our digital footprint by testing content across emerging platforms.
• Track analytics to optimize content strategy and engagement.
• Participate actively in relevant conversations on LinkedIn, audio tech forums, and with our user base.

Demand Generation

• Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted campaigns across email, social, and partnerships.
• Support the creation of landing pages and marketing assets that convert awareness into qualified leads.
• Help coordinate marketing collateral for launches, events, and partnerships.

Web and Brand Support

• Help update and maintain our website as we transition into a refreshed brand identity.
• Support SEO efforts in collaboration with our SEO agency, helping elevate our visibility around sound enhancement and AI.
• Keep our asset library up to date and brand-aligned across all channels and touchpoints.

About You

• 1–2 years experience but keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• You love experimenting on social media and understand how to tailor content to platform-specific audiences.
• You’re tech savvy - basic knowledge of CMS tools, analytics, Canva/FIgma are a plus, but not required.
• Interest in audio tech and AI-driven innovation.
• No specific technical or software expertise is listed, but comfort with basic video production and marketing tools is implied.
