We are actively expanding our global footprint and are seeking a passionate and organized Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across international markets.
Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-channel global marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to develop and distribute marketing content across platforms such as email, WhatsApp, flyers, sample kits, and social media. You will also be responsible for event marketing and brand representation at major trade shows and industry conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn), print (flyers, brochures), and physical (samples, gifts) mediums.
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to different regions and customer profiles.
- Coordinate the design and production of promotional material including flyers, booth graphics, sample kits, and product catalogs.
- Lead event marketing efforts and brand visibility at exhibitions like FAFAI, SIMPAR, and the World Perfumery Conference.
- Work with internal teams to collect content and design marketing communications that are product and value focused.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all planned activities.
- Coordinate with third-party designers, printers, and event organizers when needed.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the fragrance, chemical, or ingredients sector.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in using email marketing tools, basic design tools (Canva or Adobe), and CRM/ERP tools (Zoho preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable with in-person collaboration at our Wadala office.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Bonuses
