We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Intern with a strong interest in tourism and digital strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and e-commerce, particularly in the travel and tourism industry, with a special focus on China.
Tasks
- Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant tourism-focused media.
- Support content creation and adaptation for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement with the target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the tourism sector for Chinese travelers.
- Help manage partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, and digital influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting, tracking the performance of marketing efforts and e-commerce strategies.
- Participate in the planning and execution of logistics, digital activations, and promotional campaigns related to tourism.
- Support general e-commerce and marketing tasks, including SEO optimization, keyword research, and community management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or educational institution that allows signing an internship agreement.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and tourism.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work from our Madrid office in a hybrid format (some remote work possible).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fast learner, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
