Position Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Intern (Chinese Native) to join our team in Madrid. This position offers hands-on experience in implementing digital strategies, managing e-commerce projects, and analyzing results for the Chinese market.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Douyin, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, JD com, and Tmall.
  • Translate, localize, and adapt content between Chinese and Spanish/English.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on the performance of campaigns, online stores, and digital strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Chinese market.
  • Collaborate on social media management and develop strategies to increase brand visibility on Chinese platforms, including Douyin (China's TikTok).
  • Support the planning and coordination of logistics and product launches.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, preparing minutes and reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled student at an educational institution that allows signing an internship agreement.
  • Native Chinese speaker with a high level of Spanish and/or English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work semi-remotely from our Madrid office.
  • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the Chinese market.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fast learner with strong teamwork and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media in China, especially Douyin, JD com, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Previous experience in a similar internship.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
