We are seeking an ambitious and highly analytical Finance Director to join the core leadership team of Twelve50Five. This is a leadership role where you will build a high-performance finance function from scratch, ensuring financial efficiency, fundraising oversight, and business intelligence capabilities. As Finance Director, you will play a key role in overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and driving data-informed decision-making. This is a hands-on and high-impact role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of one of Copenhagen’s most ambitious venture companies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute the financial acquisition strategy for Twelve50Five.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic guidance to support growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

Fundraising Oversight

• Oversee all aspects of fundraising efforts, providing strategic input and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Guide less senior team members in the execution of capital-raising efforts, including preparing financial models, forecasts, and investor presentations.
• Act as a key advisor and point of contact for investors, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.

Finance Team Building & Operations

• Build and lead the Finance arm from scratch, hiring and mentoring a high-performing team of finance professionals.
• Create efficient and scalable processes for portfolio companies, ensuring consistency across the group.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance.

Portfolio Oversight & Business Intelligence

• Ensure financial consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all portfolio brands.
• Build business intelligence tools and dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making across the group.
• Use data to inform demand forecasting, stock planning, and financial risk management.

What We’re Looking For

• Finance Leadership: 5+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or consumer scale-ups.
• Fundraising Oversight: Strong grasp of capital-raising, financial modeling and investor relations.
• Analytical Excellence: Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting and business intelligence.
• Operational Prowess: Demonstrated ability to establish scalable financial processes and oversee complex operations.
• Team Builder: Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing finance teams.
• Entrepreneurial & Hands-on: Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strategic Thinker: Balances long-term vision with tactical execution.
• Fashion Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities within fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Based in Copenhagen: Must work from our headquarters in Copenhagen.
