Tasks
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on growth leader to take ownership of DTC performance across our brand portfolio.
This is a rare opportunity to:

- Codify and implement a studio-wide growth playbook

What You’ll Do:
- Scale VINNY’s DTC revenue by at least 70% YoY, profitably
- Create Twelve50Five’s standardized growth playbook for brands at the 0–30M DKK stage
- Co-identify and validate at least one new DTC investment, applying your playbook to hit early traction
- Lead full-funnel growth execution for at least one new brand launch
- Define studio-wide DTC KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and implement weekly performance reviews
- Own the entire DTC growth stack: paid media, CRM, CRO, retention, analytics, and automation
- Leverage Shopify expertise, new tech, and AI to drive efficiency and performance
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 yrs experience in ecommerce with proven ability to scale DTC revenue from 0 to 30M+ DKK
- Deep Shopify experience, from storefront ops to analytics
- Expert in performance marketing, CRO, and e-com growth strategy
- Builder of repeatable growth playbooks across brands
- Comfortable leading teams, agencies, and freelancers to hit targets
- Highly analytical, structured, and results-oriented
- Owner mindset: you thrive with autonomy and accountability
- Based in Copenhagen - this role is fully on-site
