(Senior) Creator Success Manager - German Speaker

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a (Senior) Creator Success Manager to build long-term relationships with the world's best creators and premium brands. You are a proven creator manager, passionate about the creator economy, social media and the future of social shopping. Your day to day will involve all aspects of creator acquisition, from setting the strategy, to planning the campaigns and later executing and analyzing them.

Your responsibilities:

Discover and test new channels for creator acquisition

• Optimize existing campaigns by A/B testing new ideas
• Build long-term relationships with the world's best creators and connect them to premium brands
• Help creators to go from 0 to 1 and make a living by using zezam's technology

Who you are:

+2 years experience as a professional creator manager

• You have a strong background in influencer marketing, agency business or talent management
• You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and approach new projects with an open mind, taking challenges as an opportunity to grow
• Owner's mentality
• You are a master communicator with a proven track record in building lasting relationships with creators and brands
• You are a person excited to lay the groundwork to scale the creator success team in a fast-paced environment
• Your superpower is to work with creators, understand their needs, desires and help them grow
• You plan and execute your projects with the diligence of a scientist
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience working for a high-growth start-up is a plus
