Finance Manager

The Role

We seek a Finance Manager to own the financial operations across our global portfolio. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning accounting, cash flow, payroll, management / business reporting and strategic planning. You will ensure financial clarity today and build the discipline to scale the business sustainably.

You will act as the primary person for financial oversight with the potential to hire and lead a dedicated team as we grow.

Note - You will be required to be onsite in our Dublin HQ two days a week. If you require sponsorship visa status for employment please do NOT apply for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Accounting and Compliance: Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly close cycles. Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Cash Flow Operations: Monitor daily working capital and build long term financial forecasts. Optimize billing and vendor payment processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation and oversight of profit and loss reporting across multiple business portfolios, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial visibility. Analyse financial performance to identify trends, variances, and areas of overspend, providing clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Profitability Insights: Perform analysis at product and business line levels. Build profitability dashboards for paid media channels with ROI KPIs.
• Controls and Risk: Design internal approval processes to safeguard against financial and operational risks. Ensure the business is audit ready.
• Shareholders reports: Create and report on departmental budgets with a focus on margin control, spend levels to agreed budgets and overall business performance and profitability.
• Systems Improvement: Implement and manage accounting or ERP systems. Automate reporting to create real time visibility dashboards.
• Affiliate CPA Model - Build a comprehensive margin focused Affiliate partner CPA Model that supports profit growth targets.
• Zenty Introducer commission strategy - Manage the commission % strategy around our ‘Introducer’ agreement.
• Strategic Leadership: Support fundraising efforts with financial models and due diligence. Evaluate investment and expansion opportunities.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Previous history as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or senior finance lead. Experience in a startup or high growth environment is preferred.
• Technical Accounting: Strong background in compliance, reporting, and hands on accounting management.
• Financial Modeling: Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Ability to explain financial data clearly to team members who are not financially literate.
• Mindset: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to do the work while also thinking strategically.
• Tech Literacy: Experience implementing AI powered accounting platforms like Datarails is a plus.
