The Role
Zenty Group is building a high-performance commercial engine at The Masonry, Dublin, and we need a Marketplace Performance Manager to lead our EU expansion.
This role is built for a "hands-on" expert who lives in the data of Amazon and eBay but with a vision to expand beyond this. You will have full ownership over marketplace traffic, pricing strategy, and product-level P&L across multiple regions.

Tasks
Core Responsibilities
- Marketplace Marketing: Plan and scale initiatives across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and eBay and other relevant local marketplaces.
- Performance Levers: Optimise sponsored ads, deal mechanics, and organic ranking signals to maintain "Top of Search" visibility across DE, FR, IT, ES, and other EU countries.
- Conversion Optimization: Own product titles, bullets, and A+ content to match messaging with search intent and position products against competitors.
- Data-Drive Traffic Scaling: Manage keyword targeting, bid management, and search term mining to expand profitable SKUs.
- Offer Strategy: Set pricing strategies and promotion cycles by region to balance volume and profitability.
- Systems and Scaling: Use SOPs and reporting dashboards to manage large catalogs across multiple countries.
- Testing: Read performance data daily to scale winners and cut losing products quickly without emotional attachment.
- New Launches: Set up listings from proven templates to ensure every product monetizes quickly and is structured for scale.
- Product Innovator - Look for opportunities for new product launches outside of our existing portfolio. New product trends, new areas of demand we can launch into.
Requirements
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Proven history managing marketplace performance across multiple marketplace vendors and regions, specifically Amazon Seller Central.
- Vendor Account Management - You have worked with Marketplace vendor account management teams to ensure they leverage our brands.
- Commercial Mindset: You are comfortable owning revenue, margin, and spend decisions.
- Volume Management: You have experience working with multiple brands and high volume environments across multiple tasks.
- Technical Literacy: You use AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude to scale your output and analyze data.
- Optimisation Skills: You understand how to use templates and frameworks to improve conversion rates.
- Analytical Focus: You prioritize metrics like ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and revenue per session.
- Preferred Experience: Knowledge of health, supplements, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
