## THE ROLE

As a (Junior) IT System Administrator (m/f/x), you will be part of our IT team and ensure that our IT systems and infrastructures run smoothly—both locally and across all locations. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:  
  
* Supporting and further developing our IT systems and network infrastructure across all sites.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
* Assisting employees with IT-related questions and issues.
* Administering user accounts and access rights.
* Monitoring and maintaining the server infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
* Participating in the planning and independently implementing IT projects, such as rollouts, upgrades, and security measures.
* Documenting processes and system changes.

## YOUR PROFILE

* Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification.
* Initial practical experience in IT system administration, ideally in an international environment.
* Knowledge in administering Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, as well as MS Entra and MS Intune.
* Basic experience in managing an IT landscape in Google Cloud, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, SQL databases, GitHub, and Terraform.
* Problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to work.
* You are a team player and place great emphasis on the quality of your work.
* You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
