Graphic Designer / Creative Solution Manager (m/f/x)

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional digital advertising solutions for YOC's clients. Your tasks will include:

• Producing high-quality advertising creatives, from concept to final execution.
• Developing creative materials from scratch when needed, bringing innovative ideas to life.
• Designing banner ads and engaging rich media formats.
• Optimizing and refining creative formats to ensure maximum impact and performance.
• Reviewing client-provided materials to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborating directly with clients to discuss creative details and materials, fostering clear and effective communication.
• Implementing adjustments based on client feedback and aligning deliverables with their expectations.
• Maintaining and managing YOC's internal systems to ensure seamless creative workflows.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a team player and not afraid of responsibility.
• You have a very good analytical mindset and a quick grasp of things.
• You are detail-oriented, systematic and work independently.
• You are a strong communicator and have an affinity for technology.
• You are confident in using MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• You already have knowledge of Adobe CC.
• You have a fluent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
