We're looking for a Founders Associate (Tech / Product) to work directly with our CTO and help build the foundation of our product from the ground up.
📍 Berlin | Internship (3-6 Months) | Path to Full-Time
Tasks
- Design and execute core features to enable seamless AI & human collaboration
- Create AI Agents that enable our team across all departments
- Transfer our MVP into a unified solution
- Help shape technical decisions, from infrastructure to feature development
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate in a fast-moving environment
- Own what you build — from first commit to deployment
Requirements
- Clear understanding and applicability of Python
- Knowledgable in data Modeling and PostgreSQL (Supabase experience is a plus)
- Confident with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to thrive in zero-to-one environments and love building things from scratch
- Analytical Mindset & Problem Solving Skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with at least one AI-Agent Framework like LangGraph, Haystack, CrewAI or similar
- Experience with n8n
