Our client provides fitness studios in several European countries with a broad portfolio of software support to minimize their administrational efforts. We are looking for eager, driven, inside Sales Specialist employees. This sales position manages accounts, not people, and is responsible for selling software services to potential customers. This role execute work including but not limited to identifying prospects, cold calling, cultivating relationships and servicing all customer needs.

Your Day: Build a portfolio of qualified customers. Act as the point of contact for the customer regarding any inquiry related to the offered software services. Problem solve, address concerns and implement solutions for customers. Contact customers to obtain the necessary information to resolve discrepancies and when necessary to expedite payment. Partner with the operations team to ensure that customer needs are met.
What we are looking for: Proven record of sales experience Ability to share knowledge and best practice High integrity work ethic Take a positive spin on the matters Fluent in German and English. You will be dealing with customers in the DACH region. Therefore being fluent in German is mandatory. The company language is English - language skills on a B2 level will do.
