We are a VC built and backed by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

We invest in deep-tech solutions with the potential to reshape industries and support the long-term resilience of our societies. Our work is driven by experience, operational insight, and strong networks. We operate through two specialized funds:

• Wind II, an Article 9 vehicle focused on deep-tech technologies addressing climate challenges.

• Technologies Souveraines, dedicated to startups developing critical technologies for Europe’s strategic autonomy in fields such as defense, cybersecurity, AI, space, and key infrastructure.

Driven by our experience, knowledge, and networks, we strategize, iterate, build, and win. Our results speak volumes. Over the past 10 years, we have helped power over 90 companies, completing 27 successful exits.
