Buyers Sample Assistant

At just 5 years old, we’re trading on impressive numbers, including profitability. Off the back of our success, we’ve just closed a £5m fundraise round with world class institutional investors, garnering global media attention and are poised for our next stage of growth.

In this newly created product team role, we are seeking someone who is highly organised, adaptable and able to react quickly to requests. This role is key to the efficiency of our Samples lifecycle and will have touchpoints with different departments. This role will be split between the Buying Team (Monday-Wednesday) and Shoot Team (Thursday-Friday).

Buying Team:

• Ordering & co-ordinating samples from suppliers, for the product team & other business functions
• Supporting the Buying and Garment Tech team in the organisation & running of fit sessions
• Management of the sample library, range rails, product room.
• Support the Assistant Buyer in weekly critical path management for the supply base

Shoot Team:

• Support with shoot preparation: ensure all samples have been received, packing and unpacking samples and co-ordinating couriers.
• Create shotlists of the samples that are being shot for e-commerce.
• Sample management - ensure all samples are logged correctly following shoots/ unused samples arranged to be returned to the warehouse
• Support on set with styling, steaming samples and aftercare
• Invoice and receipt administration

• Have an understanding of the product lifecycle and critical path
