Off the back of our success, we closed a seed round with world class funds and are in a period of extraordinary growth.This full time role is the perfect opportunity for an Assistant Buyer to make their mark within a fast-paced, scaling startup. It’s an amazing opportunity to work across multiple product categories, inclusive of Apparel and Non Apparel. You will report directly to the Senior Buyer and work closely with Design, Garment Technology, Merchandising and Marketing.

## Tasks

*   Oversee the Critical Paths ensuring department targets are achieved and deliveries are on time.
*   Negotiate cost prices to achieve target margin. 
*   Track the order process, product sample library and co-ordinate shoot samples.
*   Oversee the fitting and sealing of garments.
*   Support in sourcing and developing new products.
*   Contribute to range development and range building.
*   Build excellent relationships with the suppliers.
*   Work with Merchandising to trade in season to potentialise sales.
*   Oversee up to date information on the market place and key competitors.

## Requirements

*   Have previous Women’s Activewear/Lifestyle buying experience at Assistant Buyer Level. Experience within Accessories would be beneficial.
*   2-3 years minimum experience 
*   Have had ownership and bought a category in a previous role.
*   Be super organised, able to prioritise and use initiative. 
*   Be comfortable working in a startup environment: working lean and quickly, being hands on and willing to get your hands dirty, working well both autonomously and collaboratively.
