As the SEO Content Manager, you will collaborate with the SEO manager in creating great content for the German audience. The ideal candidate will manage a network of freelance writers, ensure content quality, and contribute to the overall content creation process. If you are passionate about content management, copywriting, and collaboration, this position is perfect for you.

• Leading and driving content initiatives, particularly in the German market
• Building a network of talented freelance writers
• Creating content that moves the needle—both in terms of SEO performance and audience engagement
• Working collaboratively in the Product Team to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across our product

• Build and manage a network of freelance writers to ensure a steady flow of high-quality content.
• Collaborate with SEO experts to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Review and proofread content submissions to ensure consistency in tone and adherence to style guides.
• Offer constructive and actionable feedback to freelancers to refine and improve submissions.
• Fine-tune sentence structure, word choice, and overall readability to elevate content quality.
• Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met.

• Solid expertise in SEO and content optimization strategies
• Fluent in German at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal English skills
• A passion for creating content that drives results and delights audiences
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience in affiliate marketing or dating is a plus
