We use Scrum processes to organize our teams in multiple countries. We build technology leading payment systems that require a high degree of robustness, scalability and security. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Vilnius.

Tasks

As part of the DevOps team, you will specialize in:

• Infrastructure and environment management – Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing test and production environments with Terraform and AWS to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• CI/CD Pipelines – Developing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated deployments.
• Containerization and deployment – Packaging applications with Docker and orchestrating with Kubernetes (EKS) for efficient scaling.
• Monitoring and reliability – Implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting to improve system stability and performance.
• Feature development and code quality – Extending and improving the codebase while ensuring secure, well-documented, and tested implementations.

Your role bridges the gap between software development and operations, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.

Requirements

You are only satisfied when your system runs smoothly, consistently and efficiently. You take full ownership of specific infrastructure areas and deployment processes, ensuring everything is automated, secure, and optimized. You have a solid IT background and several years of professional DevOps experience.

Infrastructure as Code – Strong experience with Terraform (mandatory).

• AWS Expertise – Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, particularly EC2 or Fargate, CloudWatch, Aurora, S3, and EKS (Kubernetes on AWS).
• CI/CD pipelines – Proficient with GitLab CI/CD, ensuring seamless automation of builds, tests, and deployments.
• Containerization and orchestration – Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) for scalable deployments.
• Ownership and operations – You take full responsibility for system reliability, monitoring, and performance. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Problem-solving and autonomy – You independently identify issues, propose and implement solutions without waiting for instructions.
• Communication and collaboration – Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with the team.

Salary range: 3500 - 6000 EUR/month (before tax)
