As a Video Content Producer, you'll not only lead the planning and execution of engaging video content for social media and digital platforms, but also be actively involved in shooting and post-producing the content yourself. From concept to final cut, you’ll turn ideas into visual stories that inform, inspire, and stand out. If you’re passionate about content, skilled behind the camera, and fluent in today’s digital formats — this could be the perfect role for you.

What you will do:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media campaigns and digital platforms
• Coordinate with creatives, strategists, editors, and clients throughout the production process
• Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Bring fresh ideas for formats, storytelling, and creative execution
• Edit and finalize videos including motion graphics, sound, and color grading
• Ensure consistency and quality across all content
• Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or client meetings

Requirements

What we expect:

• Solid understanding of the full video production process — from camera work to post-production
• Initial hands-on experience in content creation (internships, freelance, personal projects)
• Proficiency in filming, lighting, and editing tools (Adobe Suite or similar)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to take ownership

• Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as a Junior starts at € 31,300. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
