Max Viessmann, who joined the company in 2015, now leads as CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors, while his father, Martin, serves on the Board of Directors, bringing 45 years of operational experience. Mission
A significant milestone occurred in 2023 with the partnership between the core business unit Climate Solutions and Carrier Global, forming a European HVAC leader and ushering in a new era for the family business. In 2024, the Viessmann family business plans to expand its influence by investing in various regions, including the USA and Southeast Asia, and in a diverse set of portfolio companies focused on CO2 abatement, clean water, clean air, and food availability.
