VidLab7 is building the world's first Real-Time Avatar Platform for Revenue Teams, putting revenue generation on autopilot. Our AI-native platform deploys pre-trained Real-Time Revenue Avatars that sell, convert, and upsell — live across websites, apps, and outbound emails — with zero ramp-up and 10x efficiency.

We’re not another sales enablement tool. We’re replacing repetitive revenue tasks with always-on, human-like AI avatars that engage buyers face-to-face, 24/7. No more lost leads, slow follow-ups, or static forms. VidLab7 fills the revenue gap where 70% of inbound buyers drop off without ever hearing from a rep.

Backed by $3.5M in pre-seed funding from EQT Ventures, and built by founders with a $60M+ exit track record, we’re on a mission to redefine how revenue works — starting with inbound and scaling through the full GTM motion.

This is not just a startup. It’s the operating system for the next era of sales and customer engagement — AI-native, real-time, and built to scale.

Mission

We’re automating the last great frontier: revenue.

VidLab7's mission is to transform revenue generation into an AI-native process by deploying Real-Time Revenue Avatars that operate autonomously across the full buyer journey — from first touch to renewal and upsell. Our avatars deliver instant, face-to-face, intelligent interactions that today’s buyers expect — without scaling human headcount.

We’re not just reducing cost. We’re unlocking net-new growth at zero marginal cost — reshaping how companies scale sales, customer success, and marketing with AI as the frontline.

Join us and help build the autonomous revenue system that defines the next trillion-dollar GTM infrastructure.

Tasks

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can do far more than write tickets. You’ll be the connective tissue across customers, sales, founders, design, and engineering—transforming raw feedback into a coherent product vision and roadmap. If you love creating clarity from chaos and have the technical fluency to spar with engineers, keep reading.

“Customer feedback sharpens intuition; product vision is forged in its interpretation.”

What You’ll Do

  • Own the problem space. Collect and synthesise input from customers, Sales/CS, Support, and Engineering.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly. Apply a transparent framework balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Ship value fast. Write crisp PRDs, partner with Design & Engineering, and shepherd features from concept to launch.
  • Measure what matters. Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
  • Amplify the CTO. Document architecture, manage compliance evidence (SOC 2 / ISO 27001), and unblock engineering.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years product management (SaaS/B2B, early or growth‑stage).
  • Track record of shipping features that solve root problems—not just customer check‑boxes.
  • Strong product intuition: you listen for what’s unsaid and articulate a compelling vision.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and defining KPIs.
  • Excellent communicator who can rally cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile and product management tools (Jira, Notion, etc).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with customer‑feedback platforms (e.g, Intercom).
  • Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or security reviews.
  • Ability to read or write Python, TypeScript / Next.js (or desire to learn).
  • Understanding for concepts of Cloud Providers, AI, LLM, complex distributed systems

Benefits

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • High impact, zero bureaucracy. Your decisions will be visible in days, not quarters.
  • Shape the culture. Join the founding team and set the bar for how we build.
  • Competitive package. Market salary + meaningful equity + flexible PTO + hardware budget.
  • Security‑first mindset. Learn the ins and outs of SOC 2 & ISO 27001 from day one.

Interview Process

  1. Intro Chat (30 min) – Meet the CTO, share context, mutual fit.
  2. Deep‑Dive (60 min) – Walk through a past product you owned, discuss problem‑solving approach.
  3. Collaboration Session (90 min) – Real‑time product exercise with an engineer & designer.
  4. Founder Call (30 min) – Culture & values fit.
  5. Offer.
