This is your opportunity to found and scale your own Virtual Company – without investment, fixed costs or liability. You join our Entrepreneur in Residence program (6–12 months). During this phase, you get full access to the Vicoland infrastructure, mentoring from experienced Vicoland professionals and financial support for transitioning from employee to entrepreneur.

Tasks
- Build and lead your Virtual Company with full autonomy and profit responsibility.
- Define your SAP focus (S/4HANA, BTP, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Recruit and motivate your team from your own and Vicoland’s networks.
- Develop clients hand in hand with Vicoland’s sales team.
- Establish playbooks as standards in your Vico for scaling SAP delivery models.
- Position yourself as thought leader (content, events, community).
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to grow beyond your current horizon as employee.
- SAP expertise: Deep technical competence in at least one SAP domain.
- Leadership experience: Proven track record in leading teams/projects.
- Network power: Existing client and talent connections are a plus.
- High-potential profile: Strong academic record, fast career progression and proven impact in consulting or system integration.
