Tele Caller

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller at Veracity Overseas, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to inform and engage prospects about our immigration services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our immigration services.
• Answer inbound calls and address client inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of our services and the immigration processes we support.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and providing relevant information about our services.
• Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with our immigration consultants.
• Maintain a database of client information and call logs.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into appointments or consultations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, regulations, and company offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify potential client needs.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
