As a Customer Support Specialist at Vendorvue, you’ll be a key player in ensuring procurement teams have a seamless experience with our platform—from first login to everyday use. You’ll be the go-to person for support questions, solving problems quickly, and guiding clients through any challenges they face.

Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll also be involved in onboarding new clients, helping them get set up, understand key features, and feel confident using Vendorvue from the start. Your input will help shape how we welcome and support new users, making sure they hit the ground running.

Tasks

  • Support and Engage with Clients: Be a trusted point of contact for procurement teams—answering questions, solving issues, and checking in to understand their evolving needs.
  • Lead Customer Onboardings: Walk new clients through the onboarding process, helping them get set up quickly and feel confident using Vendorvue from day one.
  • Monitor Customer Success: Keep an eye on customer satisfaction and usage trends. Flag potential issues early and find ways to keep clients engaged and happy.
  • Encourage Product Adoption: Help clients discover the full value of Vendorvue by promoting key features and sharing best practices tailored to their workflows.
  • Turn Feedback into Action: Collect and share customer insights with our team to help improve the platform and shape how we support and engage users.

Requirements

  • No Experience? No Problem: Whether you’re fresh out of school or looking for your first step into the tech world, we’re more interested in your attitude than your CV. If you’re eager to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re clear, friendly, and confident in your communication—both written and spoken. You enjoy helping people and can explain things in a simple, helpful way.
  • Detail-Oriented: You catch the little things others might miss. Whether it’s spotting a user issue or proofreading a message, you take pride in doing things thoroughly and accurately.
  • Self-Starter: You’re comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your tasks, and figuring things out along the way. You don’t wait around—you take initiative.
  • Tech-Curious: You’re not expected to be a tech expert, but you’re curious and willing to learn how our platform works and how it can help our clients succeed.
  • People-Focused: You genuinely care about helping others and making their experience better. You listen, ask questions, and try to understand what they need.
  • Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and being part of a team that’s building something exciting together.
  • Language Skills: You’re fluent in English and comfortable in at least one of the following: French or Dutch.
