About CSP
CSP, initiated at Harvard University and later University of Zurich, has developed into a strong global platform with teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia. We are mission-driven to enable private wealth as a force for good, based on our strongly growing training- and research programs at MIT Sloan, Stanford University and University of Zurich, and close ties with leading wealth holder communities as well as our alumni.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Business Development & Outreach to lead our global revenue growth efforts across Zurich, Singapore, and North America.
This role focuses on generating and converting prospects into participants for CSP’s wealth holder training programs, building institutional partnerships, securing sponsorships, and driving alumni relations for ongoing engagement and referrals, in order to achieve our mission of empowering capital deployment toward sustainability and impact, based on science and practice.

Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through participant acquisition for wealth-holder training programs.
- Build and manage a scalable recruitment process to convert qualified leads into program sign-ups.
- Identify, cultivate, and build partnerships with mission-aligned institutions for program delivery and sponsorship opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation pipelines and align outreach efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion and revenue metrics, driving continuous improvements.
Partnership Development
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive referrals, sponsorships, and brand visibility.
Alumni Relations
- Design and implement global & regional alumni engagement strategies to maximize referrals, repeat program sign-ups, and growth potential.
- Enable trusted relationships with key alumni stakeholders to deepen their commitment to CSP’s mission.
- Track alumni engagement metrics and implement activities to strengthen retention and participation.
Fundraising Support
- Actively support CSP’s global fundraising efforts by enabling alumni engagement and institutional relationships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Program Revenue & Enrollment
- Meet or exceed training program revenue targets annually.
- Achieve targeted lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Alumni Relations & Referrals
- Drive year-on-year growth in alumni referrals and repeat program sign-ups.
- Achieve high engagement rates at alumni-focused events and activities.
Institutional Partnerships & Sponsorship Revenue
- Increase number of institutional partnerships (training programs and sponsorships).
- Drive measurable partner engagement and satisfaction.
Fundraising Support
- Contribute to fundraising pipeline growth.
Requirements
Experience
- 7+ years in business development, fundraising, or client acquisition roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience engaging high-net-wealth individuals and/or institutional investors in private wealth, philanthropy, or sustainable finance sectors.
- Experience designing corporate partnership programs is a strong advantage.
Skills

- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
- Data-driven approach to managing pipelines and reporting performance.
- Comfort with CRM and stakeholder management systems.

Additional:
- Permission to work in Switzerland and located in/around Zurich.
- Strong English communication skills (written and oral). German is a plus.
