SEO Manager - Fully remote, English speaker

Torg is seeking a SEO Manager with proven leadership skills and top industry knowledge in search engine optimization. The perfect candidate must have over 5 years of experience in SEO. We are looking for someone to lead our SEO efforts together with our Co-Founder and CMO, and are therefore looking for someone that can work independently and take ownership.

• Create effective, professional-looking SEO strategies to win new business (including UX improvements)
• Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists
• Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns
• Create and present weekly and monthly reports on team performance with KPIs

• Over five years of SEO experience, including a proven track record of managing large and complex websites.
• Proven experience researching and compiling briefs for user experience website improvements
• Proven experience of facilitating websites SEO improvements directly with product teams
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
• Proven experience in project management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Driven to get results and grow with the company
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results
