TrustYou is a leading hospitality technology company helping hotels, brands, and destinations understand and improve the guest experience. Our AI-powered solutions turn guest feedback, surveys, reviews, and other customer data into actionable insights that help hospitality businesses improve operations, strengthen guest relationships, and drive commercial performance.
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator – EMEA to support our Business Development and Key Account Management teams across the region.
This is a hands-on commercial role at the intersection of sales operations, data analysis, customer insights, presentations, and commercial coordination.
You will help our sales teams work smarter and faster — from maintaining high-quality CRM data and supporting commercial processes to analyzing customer and market data and turning it into compelling presentations for QBRs, client meetings, webinars, workshops, and industry events.
A key part of the role will be working with TrustYou's CXP platform and modern AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to analyze data, identify relevant insights, and transform them into clear, high-quality commercial stories and presentations.
You will work closely with both the Key Account Management and Business Development teams, giving you broad exposure to existing strategic customers, new business opportunities, hospitality brands, partners, and markets across EMEA.
Tasks
Sales & Commercial Support
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the EMEA Business Development and Key Account Management teams.
- Support the preparation of proposals, commercial documentation, presentations, client materials, and internal sales documents.
- Coordinate follow-ups, action items, and preparation activities around important client meetings and commercial opportunities.
- Help organize and prepare materials for customer meetings, QBRs, workshops, webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
- Support market and account research for new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and sales initiatives.
Customer Insights, Reporting & Presentations
- Generate reports and insights from the TrustYou CXP platform to support customer and commercial conversations.
- Collect, structure, and analyze guest feedback, survey, reputation, and other relevant customer data.
- Use AI tools such as Gemini and Claude, together with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools, to analyze information and turn complex data into clear insights.
- Build compelling, professional presentations that tell a clear story rather than simply presenting data.
- Support Key Account Managers with the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive business reviews, account meetings, and customer workshops.
- Support Business Development with data, presentations, and content for prospect meetings, webinars, partner workshops, on-site events, and other sales activities.
- Help identify trends, performance improvements, opportunities, and relevant talking points within customer and market data.
CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure high levels of data quality, accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Support opportunity and pipeline management, including data checks, reporting, and follow-up on missing or incomplete information.
- Assist with recurring EMEA sales reports, dashboards, and commercial performance tracking.
- Help improve and document internal sales processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI and other tools.
Team & Event Coordination
- Support the preparation and coordination of trade shows, conferences, webinars, workshops, partner events, and customer meetings.
- Work across different EMEA markets and collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
- Support ad-hoc commercial projects and initiatives across the EMEA organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Sales, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field.
- First professional experience through an internship, working student position, graduate role, or similar experience in sales, commercial operations, hospitality, SaaS, or technology is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to turn information into clear and visually compelling presentations.
- Strong interest in AI and modern productivity tools, with hands-on experience using tools such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with an international and remote team.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about hospitality technology and B2B SaaS.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Benefits
- A full-time role with broad exposure to Sales, Key Account Management, AI, data analytics, and hospitality technology.
- The opportunity to work with major hospitality brands and partners across the EMEA region.
- Hands-on experience with an international commercial organization and modern AI-powered technology.
- Significant ownership and the opportunity to shape how the Sales Coordinator role develops as the team grows.
- A collaborative, international environment with opportunities to learn from experienced commercial and hospitality technology professionals.
