Tasks
Customer service to both active and potential customers
Handle incomeing calls, chats and emails related to:
Payments
Invoices and reminders
Plan or contract changes
Complains
Retention, etc.
Requirements
Secondary school or higher education level required
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months
Good computer skills
Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
Solution-oriented.
Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
